Sharing a presentation as an administrator

Preamble

Link to the French version: Partage d'une présentation en tant qu'administrateur

Warning: in this document we address the case of sharing a single presentation. The examples below will not allow your users to search or navigate several different presentations, but only within one that operates independently.

In order to access the sharing of a Momindum Cloud presentation, you simply log on to the administration interface via your administration url with the login and password of your administrator or sub-administrator account.

Then click on the title of the presentation that you want to share in order to reach the window below. The section outlined in red is where you will find the links.

Warning: these shares are all secure. So, if your presentation is in "private" mode, it will only be visible to those who meet the security criteria defined beforehand in the project (SSO, IP filtering, referrer filtering, etc.)

Types of sharing

Packages

These links are only useful if you have an LMS in your company. If so, ask your IT what type of package this LMS accepts (necessarily one of AICC, SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004) and then click the corresponding button. This will provide you with a zip file and then import it into your LMS to make it visible.

This is a url (which you can directly copy/paste into your browser) in order to view the presentation. This link can be viewed on mobile, tablet and PC.

Embedded code

This is an HTML snippet that will generate an iframe. Some CMS (Joomla, Wordpress etc.) allow the insertion of HTML code into their pages. If you copy/paste this code into the HTML of your page, this will create a space in your page where this presentation will appear, as in the example below (inserting the code into the Momindum site).

Lightbox

As for embedded code, we provide you here with a snippet of HTML code that will create a button allowing you to display the presentation (button outlined in red in the first image below). By clicking on this button, the presentation will start overlaying the page (as shown in the second image below) while darkening the rest of your page.
