Description of the roles:
- Escalate - the recipient escalates to the Informed role if the content of the report becomes a concern.
- Informed - the recipient gathers information by the content of the report. No reaction is expected.
- Responsible - the recipient is expected to read the content of the report (or a part of it) and to take the necessary actions.
CDRator Operations is involved only in case of a Managed Service Agreement with the customer.
High Usage Report
The High Usage Report lists subscribers who have spent more than 400 DKK on a single day in the last 30 days.  The criteria of 400 DKK and 30 days, and of course the currency, may vary according to the customer's requirements. The subscriber appears in the list for each time/day the criteria are met.
This report is relevant for prepaid setups and normally considers traffic only, i.e. fees, payments and manual charges are not considered.
