EXPORT and PRINT FROM CONFLUENCE

Printing (exporting) of Confluence pages may be done in two ways, either one page at a time, or several, i.e. a parent page plus all, or selected child pages (download this page as pdf).

Export & Print Single Page

  1. Access the page you wish to export/print.
  2. Open the Tools drop down menu on your right.
  3. Click on Export to PDF.
Confluence generates the pdf-file presenting the user with the options of opening or saving the file.
  • The one-page export does not include a table of contents.
  • Opening the file requires Acrobat Reader.

Export & Print Parent Page and One or More Child Pages

  1. Access the space which holds the parent page.

  2. Click on Space tools at the bottom left of the Confluence window (see below).

  3. Click on Content Tools.

  4. Click on the Export tab and the PDF button (see below).

  5. Click Next.

A tree structure unfolds and lists all pages in the space.

  6. Click the Custom Export and Deselect All-links (marked in red above).

  7. Locate and check the parent page.
    This selects all child pages.

  8. Click the Export button under the selecting frame.
Confluence compiles all selected pages and generates the pdf file to be saved.

  9. Click the here-link.
Confluence generates the pdf-file presenting the user with the options of opening or saving the file.
