EXPORT and PRINT FROM CONFLUENCE
Printing (exporting) of Confluence pages may be done in two ways, either one page at a time, or several, i.e. a parent page plus all, or selected child pages (download this page as pdf).
Export & Print Single Page
- Access the page you wish to export/print.
- Open the Tools drop down menu on your right.
- Click on Export to PDF.
Confluence generates the pdf-file presenting the user with the options of opening or saving the file.
- The one-page export does not include a table of contents.
- Opening the file requires Acrobat Reader.
Export & Print Parent Page and One or More Child Pages
- Access the space which holds the parent page.
- Click on Space tools at the bottom left of the Confluence window (see below).
- Click on Content Tools.
- Click on the Export tab and the PDF button (see below).
- Click Next.
A tree structure unfolds and lists all pages in the space. - Click the Custom Export and Deselect All-links (marked in red above).
- Locate and check the parent page.
This selects all child pages.
- Click the Export button under the selecting frame.
Confluence compiles all selected pages and generates the pdf file to be saved.

This pdf export includes a clickable table of contents.
