Description of the roles:

  1. Escalate - the recipient escalates to the Informed role if the content of the report becomes a concern.
  2. Informed - the recipient gathers information by the content of the report. No reaction is expected.
  3. Responsible - the recipient is expected to read the content of the report (or a part of it) and to take the necessary actions.

Missing Service Rating Errors Report

The Missing Service Rating Report returns the IMSI and Phone Number of rate errors generated by Missing Service. The role responsible for this report should ensure there is a valid CDRator Service for each IMSI/Phone Number in this report.

 

Fields

Every element of the table has these fields:

  • IMSI - the SIM card IMSI reported in the rate error
  • Phone Number - the SIM card Phone Number reported in the error
  • Newest - the start date and time of the most recent workflow.
  • Oldest - the start date and time of the oldest workflow.
