Overview

The customer is supposed to check this report on a daily basis and handle the list accordingly.

Description of the roles:

Escalate - the recipient escalates to the Informed role if the content of the report becomes a concern.
Informed - the recipient gathers information by the content of the report. No reaction is expected.
Responsible - the recipient is expected to read the content of the report (or a part of it) and to take the necessary actions.

CDRator Operations is involved only in case of a Managed Service Agreement with the customer.

Negative Balance Report

The Negative balance report lists prepaid subscribers with registered usage in the past 24 hours and a negative balance.

Fields

Every line of the report is about one single subscriber. The columns of the report may vary according to the system setup, but in general they consist of:

Column	Description
Rate Plan, Billing Group, Name, Phone Number	Information about the subscriber.
Balance	The balance of the subscriber at the moment the report was generated.
Date in negative	When the subscriber's balance became negative.
Date of last usage	When usage was registered last time for this subscriber.
SIM card status	The status of the SIM card: In Use, Barred, Disconnected. This column follows a conditional formatting.
Last provisioning message	The last provisioning request issued by the Rator solution against the network for this subscriber, and when that happened.
Usage yesterday	Amount of usage that the subscriber generated on the day before report generation.
