CTLive can be provided for on-premise installation with the following system requirements.

Network requirements
Internet access is required for installing the software. After installation is not needed anymore.
Trusted SSL certificate for HTTPS requests
CTLive has to be reachable from internet over a HTTPS port (e.g. 443)
WhatsApp Business (Infobip)
In order to handle messages coming from WhatsApp Business, a business account with Infobip (Infobip ) is required. Please contact Infobip sales to have a quote based on your needs.
WhatsApp Business (Meta CloudAPI)
In order to handle messages coming from WhatsApp Business using Meta CloudAPI, a Meta business account is required. Please check WhatsApp App Creation Guide to understand how to create it.
Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message
It’s required a Facebook Business Account. Please follow the guidelines Facebook Messenger App Creation Guide for the activation.
