Windows

Download CTLive_XXX.exe and run it.

It will install all the required dependencies, CTLive and CTLiveMgr.

It will be reachable at the standard port 80 for http and 443 for HTTPS.

URL to embed into the customer website is:

https://<hostname>/livechat/default/lib/livechatsdk.js

If you are using a multi-tenant installation, change default with the tenant name

https://<hostname>/livechat/<tenant>/lib/livechatsdk.js
