View Momindum Maker Log Files

To access a folder containing the log files of the Momindum Maker application, you must go to the following folders:
A - For the Momindum Maker Desktop Application:
C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Momindum Maker
B - For the Momindum Maker PowerPoint Plugin:
C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Momindum Maker Addon
How to obtain the logs of the desktop application
Method 1 (since version 10.4)
1 - Open Momindum Maker on the menu "Help"
2 - Click on the button "Export your log files"
3 – Send the compressed file (.zip) as an attachment to your support ticket
Method 2
1 - Open Momindum Maker
2 - Click on the Help menu
3 - Click on the Assistance sub-menu
4 - Click on the "Export your log files" menu item (a Windows explorer window will automatically open by pre-selecting the .zip logs file)
5 - Send the compressed file (.zip) as an attachment to your support ticket
Method 3
1 - Simultaneously press WINDOWS and R on your keyboard to open the Run window:
2 - Type "%appdata%/Momindum Maker" in the field and then press Enter
3 - Log files have a .log or .log.X extension and are visible at the root of the folder named logs.
4 – Right click on the "logs" folder then "Send to" then "Compressed folder"
5 – Send the compressed file (.zip) as an attachment to your support ticket.
How to obtain the logs of the plugin
1 - Press the WINDOWS and R buttons simultaneously on your keyboard to open the Run window:
2 - Type "%appdata%/Momindum Maker Addon" in the field and press OK:
3 - Log files have a ".log" extension
