How to see the devices compatible with Momindum Maker?

1 - Simultaneously press WINDOWS and R on your keyboard to open the Run window: 

Open

2 - Type "cmd" in the field and then click OK

Open

3 - Type : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Momindum\Momindum Maker\bin\ffmpeg.exe" -list_devices true -f dshow -i dummy 2> %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\maker-devices.txt and press Enter

4 -Attach to your support ticket, the file maker-devices.txt generated on your desktop.
