Maker doesn't find internet connection (Proxy Management Point)?

It is very common for companies to set up a proxy system for security reasons. This may prevent you from publishing your video presentation with Maker.

To resolve this problem, fill out some information concerning your proxy in Maker.

Simply open the software and click on Preferences and then Network.

Then complete the fields with your proxy information.

If you don't know the address and port of your proxy, open your web browser and go to the advanced settings. Then choose Network and Proxy Settings. Copy the information provided and paste it into Maker.

If this information does not appear in your browser or if the publication still does not work, contact us or your IT department.
