Redirect to operator

The human escalation is triggered by the end context and the transferToGroup parameter.

To configure it, follows these steps:

  • set “end” and “transfer” contexts in the intent that you want it to be the end of the conversation.

  • set Action to “transferToGroup” and add a parameter called “transferToGroup” with the value equal to the target queue. It’s possible to add other custom parameters that will be passed to the contact object once created.

  • enable the flag “Set this intent as end of conversation
