Momindum Maker blocks on opening

If Momindum Maker 10 blocks for about ten minutes when opening the next screen before going to the "What do you want to do?" screen, it may be a network proxy connection problem:

To solve this problem, you have to open the Momindum Maker editor (MK icon in white on your desktop) then go to the "Preferences" menu then "Network" and finally choose "No proxy" then click on the Save button.

Now, if you try to reopen Maker 10 by double-clicking on the MK icon with the black background, it should open much faster.
