Momindum Maker can't find an internet connection?
You have access to the Internet from your browser, but Momindum Maker displays a message saying that it can't find an Internet connection, so there is a good chance that your computer is set up to use a proxy on the company network to connect to the Internet.
Here is the procedure to check if your computer has a proxy and configure it in Momindum Maker:

The proxy is configured but the internet connection is still not working?
This may be a problem with the custom SSL certificate used by your company's proxy.
To check if it is a SSL certificate problem, the Momindum Maker application logs should mention the following messages:
