Momindum Maker can't find an internet connection?

You have access to the Internet from your browser, but Momindum Maker displays a message saying that it can't find an Internet connection, so there is a good chance that your computer is set up to use a proxy on the company network to connect to the Internet.

Here is the procedure to check if your computer has a proxy and configure it in Momindum Maker:

Manually configuring the proxy in Momindum Maker

The proxy is configured but the internet connection is still not working?

This may be a problem with the custom SSL certificate used by your company's proxy.

To check if it is a SSL certificate problem, the Momindum Maker application logs should mention the following messages:

sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Here is the procedure to inject your company's SSL certificate into the Momindum Maker trusted certificate library:
