Alert group or Notification Service

An alert group is a service feature that defines on which conditions a billing group or a subscription should receive alerts. Rules could for example be that alerts should be sent when a balance passes 15, 10 or 5 EUR. For that reason the alert group can only be applied to a prepaid billing groups and subscriptions.

There can be defined a many alert groups within the system, that can be applied to the different billing groups or subscriptions
