TDC Mobile CDR Loader

This is an engine which handles all the incoming CDR's from TDC.

TDC are sending the CDR files directly to the FrontEnd server via SFTP, using an account controlled by CDRator Internal IT.

The files are picked up from this directory on the FrontEnd server C:\Rator\FILES\CDR\TDCMobile\incoming.

CDR files are loaded by this engine into the database in tables; BILLING_SOURCE_TAP39 and BILLING_RECORD_TAP39.

If there is a problem with loading a file, an alert email is sent (email address is configured in parameter in the database in table: CDR_CONFIG).
