Agent handover
The Agent handover is triggered by the end context and the transferToGroup parameter.
To configure it, follows these steps:
set “end” and “transfer” contexts in the intent that you want it to be the end of the conversation.
set Action to “transferToGroup” and add a parameter called “transferToGroup” with the value equal to the target queue. It’s possible to add other custom parameters that will be passed to the contact object once created.
enable the flag “Set this intent as end of conversation”
