How to activate an add-in on PowerPoint?

Click on the "File" button:

Click on the "Options" button:

Select the "Add-Ins" tab:

Select "COM Add-ins" from the drop-down list and then click the "go" button:

Check the "Momindum Maker" module and uncheck all the other modules. Then click the "OK" button:
