Description of the roles:

  1. Escalate - the recipient escalates to the Informed role if the content of the report becomes a concern.
  2. Informed - the recipient gathers information by the content of the report. No reaction is expected.
  3. Responsible - the recipient is expected to read the content of the report (or a part of it) and to take the necessary actions.

CDRator Operations is involved only in case of a Managed Service Agreement with the customer.

Daily CDR Export Report

The report gives an overview of the files and CDRs that were exported to every service provider the previous day.

Columns:

  • Service Provider - The name of the service provider
  • Files Exported - The number of file exported to the service provider.
  • Records Exported - The number of CDRs within the files.
  • Total Amount Charged - The amount of those CDRs, VAT excluded.
  • Total VAT - The VAT amount.

Currency

Since wholesale systems may handle service providers of different countries, the report does neither displays the currency nor sums the amounts charged.

Old

At the moment the report is called Export CDR Report for Previous Day and looks like this:

As there can be wholesale platforms that serve Service Providers in different countries, the report does not explicitly states the currency of the amounts. The currency is the one valid in the Service Provider's country.
