Description of the roles:
# Escalate - the recipient escalates to the Informed role if the content of the report becomes a concern.
# Informed - the recipient gathers information by the content of the report. No reaction is expected.
# Responsible - the recipient is expected to read the content of the report (or a part of it) and to take the necessary actions.

h1h2. New Activations, Terminations, Active Subscriptions

The report shows:
* The number of activated and terminated subscriptions in the current and previous month.
* The number of NP processes (both in and out) in the current and previous month.
* The total number of active (regardless of usage) subscriptions at the moment of generating the report. Traffic is not taken into account; therefore subscribers who do not generate usage are still counted as active if that is the status of their subscription in the system.
* The number of terminated subscription since the beginning.
* The number of NP processes (both in and out) since the beginning.
