TDCMobileRatingEngine.doc does not exist!
This handles the Rating of CDRs info from TDC. Rating engines can run in multiple copies, and this engine has instance number 11. The number will be used for status_id on the record while handling them.
The CDR error queue should be monitored and handled daily. This is done in the CDR Error queue gui.
