TDC Mobile Rating Engine Error

TDCMobileRatingEngine.doc does not exist!
When something goes wrong in the rating, the records will be queued with a description of the error. In the CDR Error queue gui it is possible to request a reRating of a record and when doing this the status of the record wil be changed.
This engine will pick up the records set to reRating status and try the Rating again. The rating logic and prices are the same as used by the regular Rating Engine.
