Trouble launching videos on Momindum Cloud/ MyCorpTV ("hlsjs: Video file not found")

Problem

When you access a video on Momindum Cloud, in the place of the video you see this error message: "hlsjs: Video file not found"

This could signify two things: 

• a temporary problem with your Internet: in this case, try again later 

• the connection that you are currently using filters or blocks these videos

Solution

First of all, try to access the following URL: https://cdn1-streaming-vod.momindum.com/crossdomain.xml

2 possibilities: 

• A blank page is displayed: in this case, display the source of the page (Ctrl+U) and send the content file to Momindum via the support page (https://enghouseglobal.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1)

• An error message is displayed: in this case, you must contact your IT with the exact URL and error message as well as this url : https://enghouseglobal.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/kb/view/83521424
