Verify the installation of .Net 3.5:
Solution 1 (recommended) :
Check for the existence of the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v3.5
Version = 3.5.x
SP = 1
The .NET Framework 3.5 is sufficient to run the Momindum Maker plugin but Momindum strongly recommends using service pack 1 (SP1)
Solution 2 :
Verify that .Net 3.5 is enabled on Windows through Control Panel \ Programs \ Programs and Features => Enable or Disable Windows Features => .net Framework 3.5

Verify the installation of the PIA 2010
Solution 1:
Check in Control Panel \ Programs \ Programs and Features that PIA 2010 is installed.
Solution 2:
Verify that the following registry key is installed:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Installer\Features\ 00004109641100000000000000F01FEC
Verify the installation of VSTOR 4.0
Momindum strongly recommends using the 10.0.60724 version of VSTOR.
Solution 1 :
Check in Control Panel \ Programs \ Programs and Features that PIA 2010 is installed.
Solution 2:
Verify that the following registry key is installed:
For 32-bit Windows:
