The Brooktrout customer issues dashboard provides the following information:

  • Customer Issue Statistics
  • Customer Issue Charts

Customer Issue Statistics

Open Customer Issues by Priority

Shows the breakdown of all Customer Issues by JIRA priority
  • Blocker = P0
  • Critical = P1
  • Major = P2
  • Minor = P3
  • Trivial = P4

Open P1 & P2 Customer Issues by Status

Shows the breakdown of all P1 & P2 Customer Issues by JIRA status
  • Open
  • In Development
  • Waiting for QA
  • In QA

All Open Customer Issues by Status

Shows the breakdown of all Customer Issues by JIRA status

Heat Map – Open Customer Issues by Customer

Heat map emphasizing customers with the most open issues.
Selecting the customers name will provide a list of their individual issues.

Customer Issue Charts

Created vs. Resolved Chart: P1 & P2 Customer Issues

 

  • Shows the created and resolved P1 and P2 Customer Issues over the last 180 days
  • Totals grouped weekly
  • Bottom of the chart shows the running backlog trend
  • Resolved issues are issues that have been fixed and included in a build or issues that have been closed out without needing a fix (duplicate, not an issue, etc.)

 

Average Age Chart: P1 & P2 Customer Issues

    

  • Shows weekly the average number of days that P1 and P2 Customer Issues have been unresolved for the last 180 days
  • Unresolved in JIRA refers to issues with a status of  “Open” or “In Development”
  • Current average age is skewed due to the initial import but should normalize over time

Created vs. Resolved Chart: All Customer Issues

  • Shows all created and resolved Customer Issues over the last 180 days
  • Totals are grouped weekly
